Vastra Room is a brand discovery and redirection platform. We curate and showcase emerging clothing brands and redirect users to the respective brand’s official website for further exploration and purchases.
Vastra Room does not sell products, does not process payments, and does not handle logistics or deliveries.
2. Terms for Brands
2.1 Brand Listing & Subscription
Brands may be onboarded on Vastra Room either under a free trial period or a paid subscription plan, as communicated at the time of onboarding.
Any subscription fee paid to Vastra Room is non-refundable, under all circumstances.
2.2 No Sales or Order Guarantee
Vastra Room does not guarantee any specific number of orders, sales, revenue, or conversions for any brand.
Our role is limited to attracting and redirecting an engaged audience to the brand’s official website.
Final conversion, sales performance, customer experience, and order fulfillment depend entirely on the brand’s credibility, pricing, product quality, website performance, and customer service.
2.3 Analytics & Performance
Brands may receive basic performance insights such as outbound clicks or visibility metrics.
These metrics are shared for informational purposes only and should not be treated as sales guarantees.
2.4 Content & Collaboration
With brand consent, Vastra Room may repost brand content or collaborate on social media posts for discovery purposes.
Brands confirm they own or have rights to all content shared with Vastra Room.
3. Terms for Website Visitors / Users
3.1 Redirection to Brand Websites
Vastra Room redirects users to third-party brand websites.
Once redirected, users are subject to the terms, policies, and practices of the respective brand.
3.2 Brand Authenticity
We make reasonable efforts to onboard genuine and legitimate brands.
However, Vastra Room does not control or manage brand operations, transactions, payments, or deliveries.
3.3 No Liability for Orders or Fraud
If users face any issue related to orders, payments, refunds, product quality, delays, or fraud, the responsibility lies solely with the respective brand.
Vastra Room is not responsible or liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions made on third-party brand websites.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vastra Room shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Issues arising from third-party websites or services
Use of Vastra Room is at your own discretion and risk.
5. Modifications
Vastra Room reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
